This is the general warranty for Impact Blinds products. Different products have different warranties. For your product specific warranty, please click on the “Warranty Info” link at the top of each product page. Not all products are covered under this warranty.

Impact Blinds is proud to say that most of our products warranty the original purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship for as long as you (the original purchaser) owns the product. This only extends to residential uses.

Not covered under the warranty is:

  • Normal wear and tear, including cords wearing out, loss of original color/look after sun exposure, cracking/warping if left in extended periods in direct sunlight
  • Damage caused by abuse or misuse
  • Damage caused by improper installation
If you have a warranty claim, please Contact Customer Service. Once your claim has been confirmed, we retain the right to repair or replace your product at our discretion.

Please keep in mind, we cover only material defects and workmanship. We will not be liable for any transportation costs, removal or installation of the products, or any incidental or consequential damages.
