Promotion Codes
Impact Blinds offers promotion codes regularly, in particular to our newsletter and text message subscribers, Facebook fans, and Twitter followers. Only one promotion code may be used per order, they cannot be combined, and they may be subject to a time limitation (for example: only valid for 15 days, must be used by 12:00 p.m. PST). If you are having problems using your promotion code, please contact Customer Service.

Order Changes and Cancellations
We at Impact Blinds want you to be completely satisfied with your order. Impact Blinds offers custom, made-to-order window blinds and window shades. We want you to receive your order as quickly as possible, so once you place your order it is sent directly to the manufacturer. If you need to make any changes to your order, contact Customer Service immediately. Most orders may be changed within the first 24 hours without an additional fee. If your order has already gone into production but can still be changed, an additional fee may be incurred for changes. If your order has already gone into production and cannot be changed, we will let you know.

If you need to cancel your order, you need to contact Customer Service immediately. You may be charged a fee, depending on where your order is in the process. Cancellations will not be made on any order that has gone into production.

Saved Orders / Price Changes
Prices are subject to change without notice. Impact Blinds offers you a wishlist and the ability to save your order but cannot guarantee the price of any item in your cart. Please complete your order quickly to get your original price.
